Return and Exchange Policy
1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided to him by the store within seven days from the date of receiving the product, and he does not have the right to exchange the product after seven days.
2- To exchange the product, it must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its condition, and the consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wishes to exchange the product. In international exchanges, the consumer bears all shipping costs and the delivery of the product to the shipping company. If there are defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:
1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications he set, except for products with a defect or that violated the specifications set by the consumer.
2- If the product consists of video tapes, discs, or software that has been used.
3- If the product consists of newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or other works considered as intellectual property.
4- If a defect appears in the product due to poor handling by the consumer.
5- If the contract involves providing accommodation, transportation, or catering services.
6- If the contract involves purchasing products through online software downloads.
Return Policy:

3- The consumer bears the costs of the return process. In the case of international returns, the consumer bears all shipping costs and the delivery of the product to the shipping company. If there are defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
